She currently serves as the Executive Director of Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she oversees strategic operations, drives performance improvement initiatives, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse service lines.
Kristin holds an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She is also a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Supervisor (LADC-S), bringing both clinical insight and operational expertise to her leadership role.
