Rhonda Carteze brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare operations to her role as Director of Operations at Desert Hope Treatment Center. She joined the Desert Hope family in 2013 as Housekeeping Supervisor and has grown into a key leader through her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Rhonda plays a vital role in maintaining the environment where care happens. As Safety Officer, she ensures all three Desert Hope locations remain safe, well-maintained, and fully supportive of both patients and staff. She takes pride in creating spaces where patients can focus on healing and teams can do their best work.

Her leadership reflects a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of how operational excellence directly impacts the quality of care. Rhonda consistently upholds high standards across the facility and brings a strong sense of accountability and care to everything she does.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys going to the movies with her children and grandchildren.
