Willie has been a part of the AAC family for over a decade and has worked in the food service industry for more than 30 years.
Willie opened the kitchen at AAC’s River Oaks Treatment Center in Florida. He held the title of executive chef there for 4.5 years and then returned to Las Vegas in 2020 to help manage the kitchens at Desert Hope.
Willie also operated his own restaurant in Montana for 10 years before moving back to Las Vegas to help his friend open a restaurant.
Prior to his food service career, Willie served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic.
