Currently serving as a Clinical Case Manager at Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas, NV, Tessie coordinates individualized care plans and discharge strategies, ensuring patients receive safe, comprehensive, and timely support throughout their recovery journey.

Her career at Desert Hope began in 2017 as an Admissions Coordinator and Business Office Specialist, where she excelled in patient intake, insurance verification, and census management. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach helped build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams.

From 2013 to 2017, Tessie worked at Solutions Recovery as a Behavioral Technician and House Manager, offering direct care and therapeutic support to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Before entering behavioral health, Tessie successfully owned and operated Jerika’s Assisted Living, LLC and Redwood Family Care Home, providing residential care and transitional housing for individuals with mental illness, Alzheimer’s, and addiction issues.
