Mimi Musser is a skilled behavioral health professional with over a decade of combined experience in clinical care, military logistics, and organizational leadership.
Currently serving as a counselor and at American Addiction Centers’ Desert Hope Treatment Center, Mimi supports both staff and clients through a unique blend of administrative expertise and clinical knowledge. She offers compassionate support as a CADC-I, providing assessments, counseling, and intervention services to individuals navigating recovery.
Previously, Mimi held key roles including Veteran Clinical Case Manager and Counselor I, where she managed diverse caseloads, facilitated care coordination, developed aftercare plans, and delivered evidence-based therapy. A proud U.S. Army Reserve Veteran, Mimi served her country for six years. She continued to serve military families working for the USO as a Programs and Volunteer Coordinator.
Mimi earned her B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University with a concentration in marriage, couple, and family therapy as well as addiction counseling.
