Carolyn Linton is a compassionate and driven case manager with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through addiction recovery, healthcare navigation, and social services coordination.

Currently serving as a Case Manager at Desert Hope Treatment Center, Carolyn specializes in assessing client needs, coordinating treatment plans, and connecting individuals to essential recovery and support services. She is recognized for her dedication to client advocacy, crisis intervention, and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach in high-stress environments.

Prior to joining Desert Hope, Carolyn served as a Case Manager at The Las Vegas Rescue Mission, where she handled admissions, discharges, and medication management while providing wraparound support to vulnerable populations.

Her earlier work as a Home Health Personnel with US National Personal Care allowed her to support clients with medication adherence, vitals monitoring, and overall safety in the home, further strengthening her holistic approach to care.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Memphis, an Associate of Science in Psychology from Southwest Tennessee Community College, and a Medical Assistant Diploma from Kaplan College. Her combined education and hands-on experience enable her to navigate both medical and behavioral health systems effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for those in her care.
